The Poor Souls

The two lifeless poor bodies laid on the unpaved ditches of the road , surrounded with the people who looked in that situation just spectators, but… having sympathetic sentiments for the motionless bodies laid on the craggy road, yet seemed ignorant and unaware about the things and calculating what could happen!

Their bodies just dipped in scarlet blood that was shed ruthlessly…inhumanly. When alive, posed as the valiant, bold and fearless persons but now… in the bluish-gray uniform, one could see the pale worn faces, the helpless corpse, the fragile and the feeble skeletons who became the victims by the hands of the damned criminals.

A terrible obnoxious spectacle prevailed over the road, a strange appalling silence could be felt. The defenders couldn’t save themselves even… and the criminals fled away so easily, they passed by the rugged road of the crowded city and shamelessly escaped!

Who could feel the pain of the deadly persons and their families?

The people peeping over the ‘Poor Souls’?

The law makers?

The disgusting culprits?

Who could compensate the loss of their lives?Who could relief the agony of the family?Who could bring the justice for them?

But… what if the justice is dispensed?

A barbaric act happened on a congested road, the loaded vehicle of the bank carrying the huge amount of money; a vehicle that is considered a full proof security carriage having well equipped security guards, was looted during the day time. When the guards tried to defend, the murderers shot them mercilessly. In few seconds all was done! And…
An afflicted journey was ahead for the families of the poor victims.

The unconscious bodies were there, no one could save them, but how anyone could be a savior when the saviors themselves could not save their own!

Its truth but the bitterest and painful , when being the brave guards even having protective arms remained fail to let the burglars’s mission successful and lost their lives!
A terrible fate they met with!

I still wonder what made the guards defeated, was it the poor functioning arms as most of the people on the spot said. Was it all about the poor performance of the law enforcement agencies?
Was there no existence of ‘Law’ ? What was missing that a brutal move happened in front of the people, the place that wasn't ‘A Wilder Place’ and the ferocious incident took the precious lives of the ‘POOR SOULS’.

To whom to blame? The culprits? The law making departments? or the people who acted as spectators!
What to do with the justice if dispensed?
The poor souls would not come back, the pain of their families would not be lessened.
The ‘Value’ to the lives needs to be seriously realized and it cannot be perceived until we have even e a little sense of humanity.
